Arrival and departure

  • Check in from 2:00 PM
  • Check out by 11:30 AM

The Deposit

  • A damage deposit of VND 2.000.000 (Or your country's currency with equivalent denomination, examble: by USD is $100, by EURO is €75 ) is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. 
  • You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Home rules

  • No smoking inside the apartment. We have balcony back and front to allow smoke in the apartment.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Please respect check-in and check-out times.
  • Please dispose of your garbage in the trash cans provided. 
  • Make sure to close the windows, lock the door, and turn the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics off before leaving.
  • No parties or events are allowed without prior permission.
  • Please respect the noise curfew of 10 p.m and the end at 7 a.m
  • No unregistered guests are allowed.
  • Illegal substances are not allowed on the premises, or you will be asked to vacate.

Cancellation policy

  • 100% refund up to 14 days before the arrival date.
  • 50% refund up to 7 days before the arrival date.
